Unsalted butter with whole fresh sage leaves mixed in. Simply melt in a pan, add a bit of hot pasta water, emulsify and add your boiled ravioli to this. Toss all together and finish the dish with some parmigiano or grana padano. Alternatively, you can melt and pour on top of your cooked ravioli. Keep refrigerated!
