Pangrattato

Pangrattato are basically crispy breadcrumbs that transform any pasta dish by adding a tasty texture to it. Ours are made with homemade sourdough bread, lightly flavored with garlic and toasted in extra Virgin olive oil.

Note: Keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks. If they need to be crisped up again, spread them on a plate and put them in the microwave for 30 seconds (or simply toast them in a hot pan for a couple minutes).
