Pesto Trapanese

Almonds + Fresh tomatoes + Basil + Sundried Tomatoes + Garlic + EVOO. Delicious with any short dried pasta in your pantry, or try it with our tagliatelle! To use just take a couple of spoonfuls and add a ladle or two of pasta water to emulsify and toss with cooked pasta. The sauce doesn’t need cooking!
