Cannelloni al forno (Smoked eggplant)

Our smoked eggplant cannelloni packs a punch with some fire roasted eggplant, ricotta, smoked cheese wrapped in a paprika dough and finsihed off with paprika besciamella and confit cherry tomatoes. Sure to be a winner on any dinner table!

Simply bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 mins. Each tray comes with 2 tubes of cannelloni and is enough to serve 2 along with a small side of bread/salad/appetizer.
