Xmas Caramelle Dolci (Sweet ricotta + Orange)

Candy shaped holiday special pasta filled with  mascarpone, candied orange, orange, ricotta, nutmeg, cinammon & brown sugar. Pair these with our cinnmon brown sugar butter for the most wholesome and heartwarming dessert/breakfast whatever you want it to be! Drizzle some balsamic on top and you're good to go.

This shape has different textures because of the different thickness of pasta- make sure the pinched part of the caramelle are cooked before you fish them out of the salted boiling water!
