Scarpinocc alla Nerano (Zucchini)

Scarpinocc is a shoe shaped filled pasta from a town called Parre in northern Italy. Traditionally they are filled with a hard cheese like grana padano, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, milk and some spices. We are filling the traditional shape with ingredients inspired by "pasta alla nerano"  - fried zucchini, mint, ricotta, provolone and parmesan.

These are also available as a combo with butter sage or our blue cheese butter! All combos come with a bit of pangrattato and parmesan to garnish your meals!
