Tagliatelle Verdi

Parsley + spinach dough tagliatelle. 

PAIR WITH: Our agilo, olio e pomodorini this week.. Also great with a simple pasta in bianca (butter and parmesan sauce), homemade tomato basil sauce or an easy primavera with whatever veggies at hand! Make sure to use that pasta water to marry the sauce with the pasta!
