Creste di gallo (with Smoked Paprika) - (Bronze Die Extruded)
Creste di gallo literally translated means 'cockscomb' or the crest on the rooster's head which this shape resembles! A pretty fun substitute for any kind of penne/macaroni and pretty much tastes great with anything. This week ours are made with dUrmi wheat + smoked paprika and extruded through bronze dies for that lovely sauce grabbing texture. Cook in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes or until al dente. Cook 90% in water and finish balance 10% in sauce!
PAIR WITH: Our sugo or pesto! Or make a homemade primavera with your choice of veggies and some parmigiano!
