Paglia e fieno (straw and hay) is a combination of classic egg dough and spinach dough pasta cut in either tagliatelle or taglierini! 

PAIR WITH: Classically paired with prosciutto, cream, mushrooms and peas! Also great with our sugo finto or salsa di noci.
