Tortellini in Brodo
Tiny bite sized tortellini, painstakingly and lovingly hand folded and filled with ricotta, parmigiano, nutmeg, served with a porcini broth! Serves 1 person and contains about 20 tiny tortellini and enough broth to cook them in.
We couldn't let the little bit of our winter go by without doing a version of tortellini in brodo. Of course this isn't totally the authentic one from Emilia Romagna which usually uses meat in the filling as well as to make the broth. But we promise the passion and emotion are the same!
