Because of the nature of these products, customers should follow the storage, handling, heating and consumption instructions provided with their order.
Once an order has been delivered or collected, appropriate storage and handling becomes the customer’s responsibility.
4. Pre-Orders
Certain products are available only through pre-order.
Where a product specifies a pre-order requirement or lead time, orders must be placed within the applicable cut-off period.
We may be unable to accept or fulfil orders received after the applicable cut-off time.
5. Order Confirmation
An order placed through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered accepted once Cacio e Pepe confirms the order and/or begins processing it.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances including:

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, Cacio e Pepe cannot be responsible for deterioration resulting from delayed collection, improper storage or handling after delivery.
10. Cancellations
Because many of our products are freshly prepared and made specifically against orders, cancellation availability may depend on the product and how far production has progressed.
Orders that have already entered production, preparation or dispatch may not be cancellable.

11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of many of our products, we generally do not accept returns of food products after delivery.
If you receive:
· The wrong product
· A missing product
· A visibly damaged product
· A product that appears spoiled or otherwise unsuitable for consumption
please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and relevant photographs.
After reviewing the issue, we may, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.
Refunds, where approved, will generally be processed to the original payment method.
12. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and ingredient information before ordering.
Our kitchen handles ingredients that may include or come into contact with common allergens.
Although we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Gluten-Free Products: Our gluten-free products are made in a facility that also handles gluten-based ingredients. Cross-contamination is possible, and these products are not recommended for individuals with celiac disease or serious gluten allergies.
