Fagottini di melanzane

Fagottini (fah-goh-TEE-nee) literally mean little bundles, and ours are filled with smoked eggplant, ricotta, garlic, tomato paste and parmesan for a super savoury and flavourful filling. Also available VEGAN (we use a blend of vegan parmesan and potatoes instead of ricotta).

PAIR WITH: Our aglio, olio e pomodorini or even a simple butter sauce!
