Pappardelle alla salvia

Fresh sage laminated, hand rolled and hand cut pappardelle.

PAIRING NOTES: Prepare in our salsa di noci. Or make a simple mushroom sauce with butter, shallots, thyme, garlic, vegetable stock and porcini or other mushrooms. To this add a splash of cream if you prefer, or just serve with a generous amount of parmesan.
