Pasta al forno (“Nduja” rigatoni)
Pasta al forno (baked pasta) is a typical Italian family style dish which usually involves a short pasta, some sort of sauce and cheese! Italian families often make these as a means to use leftover sauce and pasta in the most delicious way possible.
This week we’re doing a pasta al forno take and bake tray with our rigatoni, kale, tomatoes, our vegetarian smoky “nduja”, mozzarella, cream and parmesan.
Each tray can serve up to 2.
Instructions: Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 mins or until the sauce is nice and bubbly and the cheese is melted.
