Rosette con verdure
Our rosette di pasta are essentially take and bake trays of lasagne roll ups, filled with oven-roasted seasonal vegetables, sugo di pomodoro, besciamella and mozzarella.
SERVES 2-3 people
Simply take off the lid and bake in the oven for 30-40 mins at 180 degrees. You can bake for 20 mins losely covered with foil and the remainder time to brown up the tops.
