Triangoli verdi limone e ricotta
Herb dough triangoli filled with ricotta, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, nutmeg, salt, parmesan.
PAIR WITH: Butter and herb (sage/basil/mint) sauce with some parmigiano reggiano. You can also add some toasted pine nuts (or nuts of choice) and/or crispy breadcrumbs for added texture. Squeeze of lemon to finish for some extra tang!
