Xmas Cappelacci di ricotta
Cute little fresh pasta hats called cappellacci (CAP-EH-LAH-CHI) filled with creamy homemade ricotta, fresh mint, parmesan, nutmeg, salt. Half wrapped in a beet dough and half in a spinach - the perfect xmas plate!
These are also available as a combo with lemon chive butter or our caramelised onion butter! All combos come with a bit of pangrattato and parmesan to garnish your meals!
