Pansotti

Pansotti - meaning pot-bellied in Italian, are a traditional ravioli from Liguria filled with wild herbs and greens found there locally. Ours are filled with 4 kinds of locally sourced seasonal greens, ricotta and parmesan.

Pair with: Delicious with our walnut sauce (Salsa di Noci) which is also the traditional pairing for this! All our combos come with a butter/sauce, parmesan and pangratatto.
