Classic southern Italian pasta sauce from Catania, Sicily. Contains onion, garlic, paprika, lots of basil, EVOO, peeled Italian tomatoes as well as local tomatoes and eggplant. Great with our rigatoni, toss with this and finish off with some crumbly cheese like feta (instead of ricotta salata), or even bake it in the oven with some mozzarella!

INSTRUCTIONS: Keep refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days.

Storage: Keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days for the best results. Sauces can also be frozen for up to 2 weeks.

Cooking: Heat the sauce in a pan and loosen with some hot pasta water. Add the pasta when it is about 90% cooked and let it finish cooking in the sauce. Add pasta water as needed to keep the sauce creamy and prevent the pasta from drying out. Finish with Parmesan off the heat.

Please note- we use third party couriers like Porter/Borzo/Rapido to deliver orders all over Mumbai. In case of time sensitive deliveries, we encourage you to send your own pickups.
